Meet The Team

Blair Winans

Blair's marketing experience has focused on building and/or repositioning brands through high-end design and communications. His creative and strategic expertise is moving brands to the next level of success by offering innovative marketing solutions. Through the utilization of emerging technologies, guerilla marketing techniques, and his own efficiency in execution, he has helped growing businesses and organizations make the most of their marketing budgets.

His career began in Boston at several high-profile creative agencies where he accumulated experience with a variety of businesses and organizations such as Dunkin' Donuts, Harvard University, The City of Boston, Hewlett-Packard, Houghton-Mifflin, and many others. His work has won numerous design awards and become the creative foundation for several marcom agencies in the Boston area.

When he realized that he could serve his clients far better in an efficient, small-agency environment, Blair returned to western Massachusetts and began Winans Creative with the goal of delivering the biggest return from his clients' marketing dollars. To date, he and Winans Creative have thrived with a philosophy based on fresh thinking, intimate service, and the creation of lasting business partnerships.

Blair received his degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations from Boston University's COM School of Communication.

Danielle Carriveau

Graphic Designer

Danielle's path to design has been a winding one. After doing sales in Phoenix, she moved to Massachusetts to attend the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After putting herself through school by doing graphic design for the Department of Engineering, she obtained an M.Ed. and taught Literature at the high school then collegiate levels while writing standardized comprehension tests and two books of poetry.

However, she missed doing design, so she returned to school for Graphic Design while working as the director of a non-profit medical program where she honed her marketing and communication skills. During this time, she also started a fine arts photography business and began doing solo shows. She is now using her varied background to create print and package design for Winans Creative.

Cassondra Hayden

Web Developer

Cassie is the most recent addition to the team at Winans Creative. Her career as a web developer began in high school, when she discovered her love for turning code into graphics. After attending Holyoke Community College for a few semesters, she became a part-time intern at Winans in January of 2009, only working two days a week while juggling a second part-time job at Easthampton Savings Bank. Her skills at that time consisted of minor website edits and template management using the Contao CMS.

In June of 2010, she joined the Winans team as a full-time web developer, and extended her capabilities to coding HTML email blasts for clients as well as using Adobe Photoshop to create website layouts.

Butters & Flora

Office Clowns

Butters (the yellow lab) and Flora (the black Pug), are our office mascots for smiles and creative energy. We welcome visits to the office and it's OK if it's just to pet the dogs.
